Question 6

I am inquiring about notice 15BCTS24Q00000005, SU/MH/SOT/MAT in Sacramento, CA. Is it allowable to subcontract a key aspect of the service model, such as sex offender counseling and screening? We can provide MAT and MH services, but do not have individuals on our team who are qualified for SOT.

Response: Required services such as Sex Offender Treatment (SOT) may be subcontracted to another qualified provider.

Also, the MAT requirement has been removed from 15BCTS24Q00000005 in Sacramento, CA.

Only SU/MH/SOT services are required.
