Quesons 15BCTS24Q00000003 (CTS in Norfolk, VA.)

Queson 1: I came across this solicitaon and I am interested in it. I wanted to know if you could clarify something for me, so I can ensure that I have a great understanding of the primary requirements.

"Substance Use Disorder Treatment Planning and Follow-up (2001) - 10 Units Guaranteed Minimum; 60 Units Esmated Maximum" -

Does this mean that when facilitang this run/request on a set date, you will be transporng 10 individuals guaranteed but could be up to 60 or 60 means the total number of individuals that will be transported for this parcular run over the term of that contract period?

Response: The Guaranteed Minimum number of units associated with each Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) is the amount of units a quoter is guaranteed for that parcular performance period. The Esmates Maximum number of units associated with each CLIN refers to the maximum amount of that service the Government can order for that parcular performance period.

Queson 2: I was interested in this contract but have two quesons.

First is that we would need to rent a fully furnished office which would serve as a second locaon. We are in Maryland. Is this possible?

Second can group and individual therapy be conducted on Zoom? We would however do the assessments in person due to paperwork requirements

Response: Any proposed performance locaon must meet the requirements stated in Decisional Rule Criteria (DRC) 4a-4f.

Please refer to Secon 3.10, Telehealth of the Statement of Work (SOW) in reference to providing treatment services via telehealth.

Queson 3: What are the needs specifically for the mental health populaon? Do they currently have Medicaid or are you funding the service(s)?

Response: The needs specifically for the mental health populaon are idenfied in the Solicitaon 15BCTS24Q00000003 and a detailed descripon is located in the 2022 Statement of Work (SOW). Both documents are included in the solicitaon for your review.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is responsible for payment for services rendered in accordance with the SOW for Adults in Custody (AIC) re-entering society.
