Questions (4) for 15BCTS23Q00000016 (CTS in San Antonio & Del Rio, TX)
Question 1: We noted that telehealth groups are limited to 5 participants.
Given that this is a combined solicitation, will we be able to combine clients in-person with clients participating via telehealth to a group size maximum of 12 or will we be limited to 5 in group when telehealth is part of the treatment modality?
Response: Combining in-person with those via telehealth will not be approved. Telehealth treatment will be limited to 5 in group.
Question 2: According to the description on SAM.Gov, the services can be provided via telehealth.
However, in the statement of work it states that the assessments need to be in-person unless approved on a case-by-case basis. So, if we offer only telehealth, will this be approved or are we still going to need individual approval to see clients via telehealth for their assessments?
Response: The “Description” states that Location B in Del Rio will have services provided via telehealth.
Therefore, in-person assessments and treatment would be waived for offenders in Del Rio. Location A in San Antonio will require adherence to the SOW regarding assessments being in-person unless approved.
