Questions Regarding 15BCTS20Q00000002 (CTS in Boston, MA.)
Question 1: Are you able to use an application for a facility license in lieu of actually having a facility license. My firm is in the process of getting a facility license and the wait is approximately 4 months. Is there something we can send over to allow us quote on the bid that shows we are in the process of obtaining a facility license?
Response: Please see Decisional Rule Criteria (DRC) 5c which states, “If the quoter is in the process of obtaining a valid license, they may submit the completed application, provisional license, official email correspondence, certified letter and/or other official documentation.”
Question 2: My firm is in the process of having the doctor obtain a license in the state of Massachusetts.
Is this also something that I can send you the application for or something else to show we are obtaining a license?
Response: All applicable staff member(s) must have valid license(s) at the time the quotation is submitted.
Question 3: At what date does the facility need to be up and running?
Response: A quoter’s proposed treatment facility must be operational by the projected start date of the contract.
Question 4: What is the last date to submit questions regarding this solicitation?
Response: This date has yet to be determined.
Question 5: Is über or Lift an approved transportation source for the inmates? They have to be approved by the state to transport these inmates correct?
