A few questions in regards to RFQ15B50920Q0000006 Mobile Imaging Services at FMC Fort Worth Texas.

1. Am I correct that the pricing for MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Echocardiogram will be on a per procedure basis? No, hourly

2. Do Ultrasound services include both General and Vascular services. Yes

3. Are contrast procedures required for MRI and CT Procedures? Yes

4. If so is the Contrast Media to be paid by the contractor? Yes

5. Please reconfirm that the contractor is responsible for Emergency MRI, CT and Ultrasound procedures. No

6. For Emergency procedures, how many hours must the contractor respond in? Emergencies are not handled at the institution, they are sent to the local hospital.

7. If the contractor cannot perform the Emergency MRI, CT and Ultrasound and the inmate is sent to the hospital, is the contractor responsible for the cost of the procedure(s)? No

8. What about the cost of transportation of the inmate to the hospital (Staff/Security)? This contract only applies to on site imaging, any images ordered for an inmate at the hospital will be done by the local hospital.

9. If there is a delay in being able to provide service (security, weather, electrical), the contractor will be paid for one session. Does one session equal one hour or one procedure? 1 hour

10. If the contractor is to be paid on a one hour session, how is the hour calculated? One hour equals 60 minutes on site

11. Assuming there will be “no shows” of inmates, will there be compensation for the no shows? The contractor is being compensated for time on site, no-shows are irrelevant.
