FCC FOX FY 2025 Closed Loop Water Treatment for Complex
*THIS SERVES AS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION MODIFICATION 001
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Forrest City located at 1301 Dale Bumpers Rd, Forrest City, AR, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for the requirements of: Closed Loop Water Treatment for Complex. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirement contract with firm-fixed unit prices. We anticipate making an award with a base period from date of award through 12 months with four (4) option years.
This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Partial, however, in the absence of responsible small businesses the solicitation will be convert as an unrestrictive solicitation for the open market. The schedule for testing and treatment has been annotated on the Statement of Work
(SOW).
The performance period of this contract will be from October 1,2024, through September 30, 2025, from 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m., with the exclusion of Federal holiday and weekends.
The solicitation will be made available on or about October 30, 2024, and will be distributed solely through the website at www.sam.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. The site provides downloading instructions. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to date information about this acquisition.
All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. If you have questions about the System for Award Management (SAM), Government procurements in general, or need assistance in the preparation of your quote, a local Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) may be able to help. The Procurement Technical Assistance was authorized by Congress in 1985 to expand the number of businesses capable of participating in the Government marketplace. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Items delivered will be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.211-16, Variation in Quantity at 10 percent. Excess items over the exact http://www.aptac-us.org/ quantity ordered will be returned at the contractor's expense or retained without compensation to the contractor.
If you do not supply an item or meet the attached delivery schedule it will be noted as a performance issue. All quoted prices should not have more than two (2) decimal points. All Government purchase card and SF1449 transactions are fill or acknowledged as non-responsive and therefore eliminated from receiving an award.
