This document is a 4th Quarter Delivery Schedule Memorandum from the Federal Bureau of Prisons Federal Correctional Complex in Coleman, Florida, outlining specific delivery requirements for vendors. The memo details four different delivery schedules for Q4 FY25 (July 1, 2025 - September 30, 2025), ranging from single shipments to weekly deliveries, with strict guidelines on delivery timing, temperature control, and performance expectations. Critical requirements include palletized and wrapped deliveries, specific temperature ranges for perishable and frozen foods, and adherence to designated delivery windows, with non-compliance potentially resulting in performance issues and potential contract re-award.

The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number 15B30225Q00000027) is a Small Business Set-Aside for commercial items, targeting businesses with 700 or fewer employees in the NAICS code 311999. The procurement will be conducted through an online competitive reverse auction on Unison Marketplace, with bidding open until May 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time. Delivery destination is Coleman, FL 33521, and sellers must submit pricing through the online exchange, with no registration cost. Vendors are prohibited from artificially manipulating prices or engaging in collusive bidding practices, and those requiring assistance can contact Marketplace Support.
