About this file

This document is a Delivery Schedule for bread requirements at FMC Devens Food Service Department. The schedule specifies detailed delivery conditions and requirements, including delivery within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO), delivery hours between 7:30 am and 2:00 pm EST, and pre-arranged delivery schedules. Strict specifications mandate that bread must be delivered on specific transport racks (30" wide, 45 1/2" deep, 72" high, with 4 1/2" wheels), using stackable trays, with individually date-stamped loaves or packages.

Additional critical requirements include maintaining non-frozen and perishable foods between 34-41 degrees F, allowing a three-day conditional receipt period for examination and testing, and potential rejection of items not meeting specifications. The document emphasizes that failure to meet delivery schedules or conform to contract specifications will negatively impact the contractor's past performance record, which could affect future government contract award opportunities. Vendors must be prepared to replace or repair nonconforming supplies at no additional cost and remove unacceptable products within two weeks of notification.
