The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Butner, is conducting market research in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 10. The government contemplates awarding a single contract for the provision of Heat Exchangers Replacement at the FCC Butner, located at 1000 Old NC HWY 75, Butner, North Carolina, 27509.
