ATF-14 ELECTRONIC INVOICING (Revised October 27, 2008)

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) encourages contractors to invoice electronically.

Invoicing electronically saves time, money, and physical storage space for both the Government and the contractor.

Each invoice must be a proper invoice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 32.905(b). The contractor may submit a combined invoice with each ATF contract/order number. 3.3 of this contract and Financial Management Division (FMD), Finance.Branch@ATF.gov. Electronic invoices will serve as the official, original copy. The e-mail subject line must contain the name of the ATF COR/POC named in Section G/Section 3.3 of the obligation document, the Order/Award number, the Invoice number and Vendor name (i.e.: John Doe_DJAxxxxxxxxx_Invoice #xxx_ABC, Inc.).
