About this file

This document contains packaging requirements and instructions for a proposed sole source contract action. The Air Force Sustainment Center is seeking to purchase two Advanced Data Transfer Cartridges from GE, part number A3765000000-31, with a delivery date of January 30, 2025. The cartridges store mission planning operational parameters for all F-16 avionics and function within the aircraft's avionics multiplex bus system. Packaging must meet MIL-STD-2073-1 and MIL-STD-129 for military packaging, preservation, and marking. Interested parties may submit capability statements or proposals by the response date of February 24, 2024 to be considered, though the government intends to negotiate solely with GE as the responsible source and owner of technical data for these parts.
