All offerors must maintain active Federal Government contracts registration in SAM at submission and award. The Government may use responses to assess industry interest, contractor availability, and competition likelihood, potentially influencing acquisition strategy including consideration of existing IDIQ or MATOC vehicles, small-business set-asides, socioeconomic programs, or full and open competition. This notice is not a solicitation, and the Government will not reimburse respondents for response costs or is under obligation to issue a solicitation or award.
