About this file

This document is a Justification for the Use of Options for a federal contract opportunity. The requirement is for a Lead Abatement Service Contract with a base period of 12 months from 10/1/24 to 9/30/25 and up to four 12-month option periods through 9/30/29, with a 6-month option to extend services through 3/31/30. The total estimated value of the base period plus all options is $89,157.51. The contracting officer has determined that the inclusion of options is in the best interest of the government, as it provides flexibility to continue services and avoids the need to re-compete the requirement. Offers will be evaluated for the option quantities and periods. The solicitation number is 140R8124Q0139 and the procuring agency is the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation.
