About this file

This document contains questions and answers related to Solicitation Number 140R8124Q0037 issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation for the acquisition of a Bridge Management System. The Bureau of Reclamation seeks a commercial off-the-shelf, web-based bridge management software hosted in the cloud to manage inspection data for approximately 5,000 bridges. The software must meet National Bridge Inspection Standards and be FedRAMP certified. Key user roles include 40 bridge inspectors requiring edit access and 100 additional users requiring read-only access. The software is expected to manage inspection reports and data, provide custom data queries and reports, integrate with ESRI and PowerBI, and digitize historical inspection records from PDF files. Payment will be on a monthly invoice basis excluding estimated travel costs, which should be separately itemized. An initial period of performance is one base year with four optional consecutive years.
