About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation providing clarification to vendor questions regarding the DAMWATCH opportunity with the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation. The amendment clarifies that the quotation due date is September 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM EDT. It confirms that custom configurations and data imports are included in the firm fixed price contract and that successive implementation phases will include additional facilities to the database, with an initial phase of approximately 100 facilities. Training is expected to take place in Denver or Washington D.C. The amendment also specifies that evaluation criteria will control over requirements.

This modification is to provide a further clarification based on vendor RFQ questions.
1. The Solicitation states that the quotation is due no later than September 11, 2020, at
12:00PM (MST). 12:00 PM (MST) is not the current time zone for Denver. Rather, Denver is in Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). I am assuming that the Solicitation should read MDT rather than MST, which would mean that our response would need to be submitted before 1400 hours our time (EDT), and not before 1300 hours our time (EDT). Would you please confirm that for us?
Yes, you would need to submit prior to 1400 EDT. We are hours two behind.
