PROTECTION AND ANNUNCIATION SYSTEMS REPLACEMENT

FRYINGPAN-ARKANSAS PROJECT, COLORADO

B.1 PRICE SCHEDULES

(a) Offers will be considered for award on the following Price Schedules, but no offer will be considered for award on only a part of the Price Schedules.

(1) All three Price Schedules shall be completed in their entirety. Offers for less than all of the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) on Price Schedules A, B and C will be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered further for award.

(2) Price Schedule A represents “Common Work” to be performed regardless of whether a single unit outage or a dual unit outage is later determined to be the most viable alternative.

(3) Price Schedule B represents work performed under a Single Unit Outage.

(4) Price Schedule C represents work performed under a Dual Unit Outage.

(5) The Government will make the initial contract award for Price Schedule A (Common Work). The Government will then incorporate into the contract either Price Schedule B (Single Unit Outage) or Price Schedule C (Dual Unit Outage), but not both, at such time that the availability of a dual unit outage window is known.

(6) For evaluation purposes, the Government will calculate a “Total Evaluated Price” for each offeror. The Total Evaluated Price will be the sum of Price Schedules A + B + C and will serve as the price component in any tradeoffs performed. The resultant contract price will eventually be the total of (Price Schedule A + Price Schedule B) or (Price Schedule A + Price Schedule C).

(b) Offers are subject to the terms and conditions of this solicitation.

(c) See the contract clause at WBR 1452.232-81, Payment for Mobilization and Preparatory Work, for CLINs B-1 and C-1.
