About this file

This document is a Price Schedule for Irrigation & Maintenance Services at CNWR (presumably a wildlife refuge) and CVCA, solicitation number 140R3026R0002. The price schedule covers a 5-year performance period from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2031, with detailed pricing tables for each performance year. The services include irrigation services, maintenance and repair of sites, agricultural field preparation, seed purchase and application, and utility fees for pump operations at two locations (CNWR and CVCA).

Key pricing characteristics include estimated quantities for various services such as irrigation hours (6,002 hours for CNWR, 4,500 hours for CVCA), maintenance acres (1,245-1,281 acres), and agricultural field preparation (up to 402-754 acres per year). Some line items are fixed price, while others are time and material or cost reimbursement with not-to-exceed values. The government reserves the right to order quantities above or below estimates and has a guaranteed minimum dollar value for the contract. The price schedule is structured to allow contractors to fill in unit prices for each line item across five performance years.
