About this file

This is a Statement of Work for fire suppression bottle services at Davis Dam under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The work requires testing, refilling, or replacing CO2 50-pound bottles from a 96-bottle fire suppression system in compliance with NFPA, Federal, and State codes. The contractor must service 20 bottles annually across five fiscal years (FY2027 through FY2031), with each bottle receiving hydrostatic testing and/or servicing as needed.

The contractor is responsible for delivering serviced bottles that meet system specifications, including proper valving to match the existing system at Davis Dam. All bottles must be weighed and marked at the time of service, with documentation provided for verification. Exchange bottles are acceptable if they possess compatible valving. A critical requirement is that removal and installation of bottles on the active suppression system will be performed exclusively by Davis Dam employees; the contractor's role is limited to testing, refilling, or replacing the bottles and providing the required inspections and documentation before bottles are returned to service or held as spares.
