The pump must feature a 2300V, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 150 HP motor with 1800 RPM and Wye-Delta start. Performance requirements include 5000 GPM flow rate, 60 feet head, and maximum 18.6 feet NPSHr. Sources Sought Notice – Brand Name or Equal
This is a Sources Sought announcement for acquisition planning purposes and no formal solicitation exists at this time. All businesses, regardless of size, capable of providing Hydroflo or Equal materials described in this announcement are invited to submit a capability statement.
The Government will use the information received to determine appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential set‑aside decisions. The Government does not intend to award a contract based on this notice.

Scope of Requirement
The Government requires two (2) interchangeable sump pump assemblies meeting the following characteristics, based on previously procured HydroFlo Vertical Turbine pumps.
Required Pump Assembly Characteristics
• 16HH single-stage vertical turbine pump assembly
• 1.5” head shaft assembly, 416 stainless steel, 10 TPI, left-hand, bronze adjusting nut and key
• Coated steel motor stand; 16” 150# flat-face discharge flange; separate base plate
• Approx. 630” of 16” oil-lube/water-flush column assembly with 2.5”-12LH × 1.5” flush tube and shaft
• Underground-style discharge
• 16HH oil-lube/water-flush bowl assembly with bell suction
• External oil-lube line for bowl assembly
• 304 stainless-steel bolt-on basket strainer
• All steel components coated with Tnemec N140, 6–8 mils DFT
