Description

The Bureau of Reclamation Multi-Species Conservation Program Office has a requirement to purchase six (6) new – 600-gallon fiberglass tanks with side window (the tanks) to complete the expansion of the Lake Mead Hatchery. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order.

The Tanks Specifications: (see following page 3)

Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable

Technical evaluation of Offerors will be conducted in price order, starting with the lowest priced Offeror.

The second-lowest priced Offeror is evaluated next, and so on. Once the Government has determined that two (2) Offerors are technically acceptable, the Government will not evaluate additional Offerors for technical acceptability as adequate price competition has been met with the two (2) technically acceptable lowest priced Offerors. As a result, not all quotes received may be evaluated for technical acceptability.

To be determined technically acceptable, Offerors shall meet the below requirements:

Technical Capability: The technical capability shall address the government’s need identified on page 3.

Offeror shall provide any forms of supporting documentation to include manufacturer’s catalog literature and/or specification sheet, drawings, and/or renderings for the proposed tanks.

Price: Offeror completed and submitted their pricing on the SF-1449. Should only one (1) Offeror be determined technically acceptable, price evaluation techniques found in FAR 13.106-3(a) will be used to determine a fair and reasonable price. Total price shall be inclusive of crating, delivery (FOB Destination) and all applicable fees and taxes.
