STATEMENT of WORK Dredge Replacement Parts
Yuma Area Office
PART 1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Yuma Area Office (YAO), has a requirement to purchase replacement parts for the Imperial dredge located with the Yuma Area Office.
PART 2 PRODUCTS
The dredge replacement parts are listed on the IGCE provided in this package, along with part numbers.
These part numbers are specific to Ellicott Dredge as they are the single source for this requirement.
PART 3 CONTRACTOR SERVICES
3.01 DELIVERY
A. The dredge replacement parts shall be delivered to: Bureau of Reclamation Yuma Area Office 7301 Calle Agua Salada Yuma, Az. 85364 Monday thru Friday, 7am to 4pm
B. Within 60 days of the contract award date. The contractor must coordinate the delivery with the
YAO at least 1 weeks in advance.
C. The contractor must protect all parts/equipment from corrosion, deformation, dents, dings, scratches, ruptures, breaks, punctures, abrasions, cuts, and other types of damage during storage, handling, transport, and delivery.
