12. The refrigerating condensing unit will be powered by 120-volt, single phase electricity supply.
13. The Contractor will submit refrigerant’s Safety Data Sheets.
14. The tank will employ pressure switches to actuate the condensing unit when the pressure of the contents in the storage tank reaches approximately 310 PSI and the condensing unit will run until the internal pressure of the vessel drops to approximately 290 PSI.
15. The tank will employ a separate pressure switch to indicate a high pressure at or above 325
PSI.
16. The tank will employ a separate pressure switch to indicate a low pressure at or below 275
PSI.
17. Vessel pressure will be displayed by an analog gauge.
18. Vessel level will be displayed using an analog liquid level gauge.
19. A digital differential pressure gauge will be provided to indicate liquid level in the vessel.
The gauge will include an adjustable set point switch to indicate abnormal levels in the vessel.
20. To ensure the vessel is always protected from overpressure, a certified relief valve and a certified backup relief valve will be provided. These valves will be connected to a 3-way transfer valve. These valves will be set to MAWP of 357 PSI.
21. A low flow bleeder valve set to 341 PSI will be provided to accommodate slow increases in tank pressure should the refrigeration unit be temporarily deactivated.
22. All external accessories will be isolated by ball valves.
