About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document for federal contract opportunity 140R2026Q0032 Amendment 1, addressing clarifications on product specifications and delivery requirements for storage and mounting equipment.
The document confirms that the Government will provide all installation services and that delivery is dock-to-dock. For the back panel mounting system, contractors must provide 3 hooks additional to the hanger bar, with acceptable mounting options including Cradle Grid, Louvered, or other equal types. Custom-fabricated 6-inch wide storage components installed into manufacturer reconfigurable mounting systems are acceptable if they meet dimensional and functional intent. Louvered door configurations are acceptable if they provide measurable ventilation performance and feature double-pane construction. The contractor is responsible for providing fasteners and anchorage devices, with full installation services to be provided by the Government as referenced in SOW sections 5.0(b), (c), and (e).
