About this file

This performance work statement outlines requirements for rewiring three circuit breakers at a federal power plant. Work will include pinning out each breaker individually, creating wiring diagrams, removing ultraviolet coating, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning, testing, and providing a condition report. All work must be completed within three months of receiving the purchase order. The contractor's facility will perform the work and return the breakers to the Reclamation office once completed. The government will review 100% of the work stated in each invoice prior to approval. This work relates to solicitation number 140R2024Q0015 issued by the Department of the Interior Bureau of Reclamation to obtain these circuit breaker rewiring services at its Folsom Power Plant in California.
