About this file
This document is a Standard Form 30 Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Amendment 0002) issued by the Bureau of Reclamation's Pacific Northwest Region. The amendment extends the solicitation closing date to 9/9/2025 at 5:00 PM PD and provides detailed specifications for stationary wearing rings for a turbine project. The rings are to be made of 410 Stainless steel with specific dimensional requirements: a finished inside diameter of approximately 3ft 2in, an outside diameter of approximately 3ft 3.2in, and a depth of about 1.75in, with precise machining and tolerance specifications.
The solicitation requires contractors to submit a narrative demonstrating past experience with similar contracts and provide a Performance Schedule. The pump will be available to the contractor by November 14, 2025, with a critical deliverable schedule in section 9.0 of the Performance Work Statement. The Period of Performance is set from 11/10/2025 to 04/15/2026. Contractors must submit quotes that include both prime and subcontractor experiences for contracts with similar scope, highlighting the technical and operational requirements for this specific turbine component replacement project.
