About this file
This document is an amendment to Solicitation 140R1724Q0059 for the FM200 RECHARGE requirement. The purpose of this amendment is to clarify the scope of the work, which is isolated to the recharge and hydrostatic testing of four cylinders storing the FM-200 clean agent, and does not require inspection of the seven clean agent extinguishing systems referenced in the original solicitation. The period of performance is from September 2, 2024 to November 1, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

FM200 Tank Recharge
The purpose of this amendment is to answer a question.
Question: In the background statement, the 1st sentence references inspection of the clean agent systems. The 2nd sentence references removal of 4 cylinders for hydrostatic, recharge and re-install. In Section 3.0 for Tasks, it provides a lot of detail on the hydrostatic, recharge, and the parts kits. However, I don¿t see the system inspection mentioned in this section.
- Is the scope isolated to just the cylinders storing the FM-200? Or are we also to include inspection of the 7 systems referenced in Section 2.0 for Scope?
