Clarification on Requirements are as the following:

1.The installed tank shall hold 1,350-gallons.

Tanks larger than the specified volume are not acceptable for this requirement.

2.The tank shall be outfitted with appropriate vents, valves, gauges, leak detectors, and inspection ports such that the tank and associated components conform to the following standards. No basis-of-design items are identified for tank components, NPS will accept brands/models that contractors positively identify as meeting the cited code standards per the submittal requirements in Section 7.0, i, 2 of the Statement of Work.
