QUESTIONS:
Is there a way to get the roof measurements/dimensions? How big are the cabins? How far off the ground? Can we get equipment around the cabins (man lifts, truck and trailers, etc)?
Are all 6 buildings the same size as the one picture provided in the SOW? I'm sure there's not anyone out there this time of year and not likely there are any as-builts of the buildings. But can you provide a square footage of the cabins if you can't provide one of the roof?
ANSWERS:
The building itself is 16X20. Each side's roof face is approx. 15'3" tall X 22' wide at the bottom, and approx. 26' wide at the ridge. The ridge is approx. 17' above base of building. Building bases are elevated no more than 3 1/2 ft above ground.
Total square footage is approximately 4,650 of shingle roof to be replaced on six A-frame housing units.
The areas around the sides of the a-frames are not suitable for any type of wheeled conveyance. There is typically a foot path on one side, and tundra on the other. All the A-frames do have drive-up access on one end of the building. Roof face shown is typical of all six buildings.
