SPECIFICATIONS
Background
Yosemite National Park has a need for both ADA compliant and non-ADA compliant heavy duty picnic tables to furnish campgrounds throughout the park. These treated pine and galvanized dipped steel tables are featured at every campsite as well as day use areas. Many tables are damaged each year by snow and require total replacement prior to campgrounds being opened to the public.
Scope
The National Park Service is looking to purchase 10 (ten) end accessible heavy duty picnic tables and 65 (sixty-five) standard heavy duty picnic tables and have them delivered bundled and unassembled to include all hardware and predrilled lumber.
The end accessible picnic tables shall include treated pine with six (6) foot length seats and eight
(8) foot length tabletop lumber. The legs shall be made of hot dip galvanized steel, and all hardware to be used in the assembly shall be provided in the order.
The standard tables shall include treated pine with six (6) foot length seats and six (6) foot tabletop lumber. The legs shall be made of hot dip galvanized steel, and all hardware needed in the assembly shall be provided in the order.
All lumber shall be pressure treated; kiln dried with exposed edges removed to a 3/8” radius.
Lumber shall be predrilled to facilitate assembly.
Frames shall be 2-3/8 in O.D.
All materials shall be unassembled,bundled, and shrink-wrapped for ease of storage.
All materials shall be shipped to the Yosemite National Park warehouse
Delivery:
Delivery within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) is preferred.

Travel restrictions on Route 140. All vehicles are restricted to 45 feet total length on route 140 into the Park, see Caltrans website at http://www.dot.ca.gov. Please verify current road conditions prior to hauling. These delays and restrictions must be considered part of the existing conditions within the park and will not be cause for any additional compensation as a result of travel restrictions or related work.
