ACOM system?
- Currently the Park uses CODAN radios
What equipment is intended to be recorded by the 8 channel analog interface?
-We currently have radios in the park that are solely analog and cannot be converted to DFSI traffic for system integration.
Other than the 60 ACOM SIP channels to be recorded, what are the other types and quantities of the digital sources? (DFSI, AIS, RTP, etc.)
-DFSI for our Radio equipment.
Is there enough Rack space for the new recorder or is a rack required?
-There is enough room in the current Rack for the new recorder
Will the configuration of the ACOM system software to allow for connection to the recorder while the contractor is on site for installation be completed by Yosemite?
o It is our understanding that all ACOM software configurations must be handled by the government/end user through direct Zetron services.
- We are completing the configuration in-house for the ACOM system-Any configuration necessary to enable recorder functionality will be done while contractor is on site.
Page 2 of the attached solicitation document under “Required Services” requests “a minimum of
24-Channels of SIP Recording”. Such SIP Recording could be regular VoIP telephones, or specific 911 positions which have different software requirements. Do you have any additional information as to what vendor is in use, and whether these are 911 positions to be recorded?
- The recorder is for our Radio system and analog phone lines associated to our dispatching equipment. It is also planned to be utilized for expansion into our Cisco VOIP system.
