QUESTIONS:
Question # Question Answer/Response 1.
Bid Due Date needs to be clarified: In the solicitation, offer and award documents on Page 1 of 56 in the SF1442 Box 13, it states 2 May 2024 @ 12PM ET, but on page 8 and 54 it states Weds, 24 April 2024 @ 12PM ET – please clarify correct bid due date and time.
The correct bid due date and time is exactly what is listed on the SF1442
– please ensure that bids are received electronically by 2 May
2024 @ 12PM ET.
The bid opening information on pages 8 and 54 was not updated appropriately, as they should have been, the call-in info remains the same – but the date should be 2 May 2024 @ 12PM ET.
2.
Is there a benchmark up on land?
There is no surveyed benchmark on land. The foundation of the cabin can be used by the contractor for a benchmark.
3.

Yes 12” x 12” treated timbers will support the decking.
6.
