1. Is the current fence structure (Post) secured in the ground with concrete?
One post was checked with no sign of concrete. All other posts are unknown.
2. For the 4- Railing Fence Would 1"x6" pressure treated pine (same as post) be an acceptable replacement for the rough sawn white oak lumber?
No, pressure treated pine will not be acceptable for the 1”x6” rails.
3. Is there a detail on the fence for dimensions and material?
