Text version
1. The SOW document mentions excavation for the refrigeration/electrical lines, where are we excavating? If we are excavating underneath the existing units, we would need more details for this task.
A. There is no excavation required. Disregard excavation language in SOW.
2. If we are excavating underneath the existing units, we would need to provide a new concrete pad. We could cut cost and time if we do not excavate on this project. If we must, could you provide more details on a new concrete pad?
A. See Answer #1.
3. The SOW document mentions running new control wire in attic spaces and inside gypsum wall board, are we replacing the existing thermostat and thermostat wiring?
A. Thermostats should not need replacing unless not compatible with new system.
4. By national code for the electrical, do we have to relocate the existing disconnects for the new units?
A. Per park electrician, existing electrical disconnects are within code.
