About this file

This document appears to be a set of contractor questions and the National Park Service's (NPS) responses regarding a federal contract opportunity for JEFF - AHU Balancing Services (Solicitation Number: 140P6024Q0072).

The key details are:

  • The contractor requested existing as-built drawings for the mechanical room, boilers, pumps, ductwork, HVAC, and air devices so they can provide a proper count of the items to be checked per the scope of work. NPS confirmed these drawings have been uploaded to SAM.gov.
  • The contractor inquired about the location of the Air Handling Unit (AHU), and NPS stated it is located in the grounds maintenance complex's mechanical room on the lower level.
  • NPS confirmed that TABB certification is acceptable for this contract opportunity.
