STATEMENT OF WORK

TIMUCUAN ECOLOGICAL AND HISTORIC PRESERVE (TIMU)

This statement of work is for the removal of the current 57KW generator/components and the installation of a new 60KW Generator/components to ensure back up power to the NPS, Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve (TIMU) Curatorial building.

Service Location: 13165 Mt Pleasant Rd.

Jacksonville, FL 32225

Work involves as a minimum:

• Remove wiring from existing Generator.

• Remove power from pole.

• Temporary wire service to feed power to freezers/HVAC Units inside of building.

• Remove existing automatic transfer switch.

• Remove existing 57kW generator.

• Remove existing disconnect on rack.

• Install New 400-amp disconnect on existing rack.

• Install New 400-amp Automatic Transfer Switch on existing rack

• Install New 60KW Generator with Aluminum/Non-corrosive enclosure

• Generator will be set-up for existing LP fuel source, have a self-test mode and operate at less than 72 DBA

• Install New 400-amp meter can on wall.

• Install New parallel conduits for from meter to disconnect on rack.

• Install New conduits from disconnect to Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS).

• Install New conduits from ATS to generator and from ATS to disconnect mounted on building.

• Install New cabling from meter to disconnect, disconnect to ATS, ATS to generator, ATS to building disconnect.

• Terminate all cabling.

• Install new Grounding as needed.

• Perform start up and testing of equipment.

Notes:

1. Work to be performed during normal working hours (0700-1530).

2. Turn over old equipment to National Park Services (i.e. disconnects, ATS, generator).

3. Bring existing service and generator components up to current NEC standards.
