QUESTIONS AND RESPONSES

BISCAYNE NATIONAL PARK – REPLACE DIVE COMPRESSOR SYSTEM – 140P5424Q0035

Note: The following questions were received prior to the deadline for questions which was 07/16/2024 at 12:00PM EST as per the solicitation.

1. Does the brand have to be Bauer, or can we offer a competitive brand that matches and exceeds specification?

The park agrees that it would be ok to accept offers for a compressor system that is not a Bauer as long as it is still compatible with current facilities and infrastructure, i.e. the electrical, space, compatible with nitrox low pressure compressor unit, etc.
