Solicitation Questions ‐ Rehab San Antonio Guardhouse ‐ Sol 140P5423R0006

1) 1. Can the contractor submit CPARS or CCASS in lieu of a PPQ? There is no PPQ required as an evaluation factor for this solicitation. Offerors must respond with three references for the experience subfactor (p.29, L.1.1.2) in the technical section and three references for the past performance factor (p.29, L.2). It is up to the offeror’s discretion if references are the same in both the factor and subfactor. Past performance is being evaluated with the references provided to show how well your company performed on projects. Experience is being evaluated with the references to tell if your company did a project that is relevant to the upcoming government contract.
