CHRISTIANSTED NATIONAL HISTORIC SITE – OUTBOARD MOTORS – 140P5423Q0030
Note: The following questions were received prior to the deadline for questions which was 07/10/2023 at 03:00PM EST as per the solicitation.
1. I wanted to advise you that Mercury's current lead time on 300HP Sea Pro engines are roughly 8 months to 1 year out from the date of the order. It may be possible to locate a vendor who has the Mercury 300HP Coldfusion Engines (13000069A & 1300077A) in stock. If so, would this be acceptable, or would the Sea Pro model be preferable?
Yes, Sea Pro engines would be preferred. We accept the lead time.
2. Regarding Solicitation # 140P5423Q0030 for SUPPLY, PROCUREMENT OF OUTBOARD ENGINES FOR CHRIST, will a prop or hub be needed for the engines?
Yes, prop, hub, steering, wire harness, gauges and throttle controls will be needed.
