Questions and Answers – Amendment 1
1. Question: You noted 2 system admins and 13 supervisors will need access to the platform. Are the 500 seats/users noted in the 3rd pullet point in reference to additional users needing access to the Safety Management Suite beyond employees (additional supervisors/admins)?
Answer: No, the 500 seat /user is not accurate and from an older version of this contract.
We only foresee needing 250 users over the contract period., but we do need to confirm the ability to add more users should that prove necessary. Specifications have been updated to reflect this.
2. Question: Your access would include access to OSHA training’s but OSHA 10/30 training/certifications would be a separate item needing to be ordered outside of the
Safety Management Suite. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Yes
3. Question: Under the design section, specifically #5, you noted that the system must include regulatory information with explanations in multiple languages. Our system will mostly produce regulatory info in English and Spanish. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Yes
4. Question: Under the design section, specifically #8, you noted that the system must provide access to Safety consultants for custom safety plans that our specific to your practice. Our system will give you access to our team of regulatory and compliance experts to assist with questions surrounding but not limited to safety plans. Is this acceptable?
Answer: Please have your regulatory and compliance experts send resume as requested in the technical specification.
