The contractor must install three sections of 7-foot-high industrial ornamental steel fence with 1-inch square steel pickets, three horizontal rails, and 2.5-inch square steel posts (minimum 11 gauge wall thickness) set in cast-in-place concrete footings with 4,000 psi, air-entrained concrete. The contractor must also supply and install one 7-foot-high by 20-foot-opening aluminum slide gate with three rails, 1-inch aluminum pickets, aluminum EZ Slide top track with internal trolleys, and heavy-duty bottom roller guides. All materials must be powder coated black to match existing finish (gloss/semi-gloss/satin per submittal approval), with stainless steel (304 or better) or hot-dip galvanized fasteners. The contractor must inspect and verify the structural condition of existing 4-inch square gate posts and provide a written report with replacement cost if posts are unsuitable. The gate must operate manually with positive stops, keepers, and manual latch compatible with park operations, and include proper clearances for snow/ice management and ADA pedestrian safety. Workmanship warranty is minimum 1 year from Substantial Completion, with manufacturer warranties on powder coat finish and gate hardware. 5. Foundations: Set posts plumb in cast-in-place concrete footings

6. Fasteners: Use stainless steel (304 or better) or hot-dip galvanized hardware to prevent corrosion.

7. Alignment: Match fence line grade transitions and spacing to existing panels.

C. New Slide Gate – Supply & Install

1. Gate Panel: Provide and install one (1) 7'-0" high x 20'-0" opening industrial ornamental aluminum slide gate.
