About this file

This document is a Questions & Answers (Q&A) file for a National Park Service (NPS) contract involving workshops and webinars. The Q&A addresses three key clarifications: (1) Workshop duration, where the government confirms that the workshops should encompass one day of instruction (8 hours), with flexibility for the contractor to use two days for travel, setup, or instruction in coordination with NPS staff; (2) An inquiry about the incumbent contractor, which was answered with "Every Museum a Civic Museum"; and (3) Participant numbers for each event, which are specified as 100 for the introductory and closing webinars, and 30 participants each for Workshops 1-3. The contractor is expected to coordinate workshop invitations, registrations, and post-workshop evaluations in partnership with NPS staff members.

Questions & Answers

Question 1: On page 2 of the solicitation, under the Scope of Work, Section A Requirements for the completed project, it states that “The Contractor shall develop and facilitate three (3) identifcal day-long, on-site workshops…” but under Section C Travel, Meetings, and Presentations, it states that the time on site for each workshop will be two days. Should we assume that this includes 1 day for workshop setup and the second day for the workshop itself?

Answer 1: For clarity, the content presented should encompass one day's worth of instruction (8 hours). The Contractor may use the two days for travel, set up, or instruction in coordination with NPS staff.

Question 2: Can the Government provide the incumbent contractor who completed the 2024 study?

Answer 2: Every Museum a Civic Museum

Question 3: Page 2 of the solicitation states, “The Contractor shall coordinate workshop invitations, registrations, and post-workshop evaluations, in partnership with National Park Service staff members.”

Please provide the intended number of participants for each Webinar/Workshop:

- Workshop 2 – 30

- Workshop 3 – 30
