Questions/Answers

Question: Do you want the Bluetooth beacons to be battery powered, or powered by an outlet? I assume that some placement won't allow for an outlet, but not having to replace them would be preferable.

Answer: We would prefer the beacons be powered by an outlet, but understand that might not be possible. Not knowing the all the ins and outs of beacon capability, we just can't say for sure what will or won't work. We were thinking that once the contractor gets on site, they will be able to determine which will be most feasible.

Question: Do you have an Apple media player in mind for use in the project?

Answer: The iPhone XR is the preferred media player, but if that's too difficult to obtain, it can be another version. There is no need for it to be anywhere near the latest version of iPhone.

Question: Do you have an estimated length for the scripts for the entire project?

Answer: There is no limit to the length of a script, but long descriptions are broken into different titles in the spreadsheet to avoid anything going too long.
