Questions and Answers for RFQ# 140P2124Q0321

PRWI Collection Condition Survey

1. SOW Section VI. Timeline on page 9 states “Following the award of the contract, all work, including review and approval, shall be completed on or before June 1, 2025.” This date does not seem to align with the project’s period of performance stated on SF 1449 page 1. Can you please clarify what is subject to this June 1, 2025 deadline?

Reflected in SOW with final deliverable date Sept. 30, 2025, Section V. Timeline

2. How many PRWI collection items will be assessed for this CCS project?

That is on section II page 2. 400 objects

3. Can the park provide a breakdown of the collection types and numbers of collections per type that will be assessed during this project?

There is a breakdown of possible object types in section II page 2. I don’t have the exact breakdown from the park but the breakdown covers every possibility.

4. How many items may be assessed as part of a representative group versus how many items must be assessed individually?

All 400 must be assessed individually.

This would be looked at all inclusively IAW the SOW.
