Only ArcGIS Online and Enterprise for ArcGIS users with the role of “Administrator” will be allowed administrative, read-write/edit, read/view-only access to the web-based software.

Integration with Existing Systems: Can you provide more details on the expected integration with existing systems, particularly with Microsoft Internet Information Server and Azure storage? Are there specific APIs or data exchange protocols that we need to support for seamless integration?

The tools should integrate with the latest version of Microsoft Internet Information Server, support HTTPS, and interface with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise via their native REST API.

Data Backup and Recovery: What are the detailed requirements for the backup and recovery features, such as the frequency of backups and the retention period for backup data? Can you provide more information on the process for restoring individual items and maintaining GIS Item IDs?
