Q&A for NAGPRA subject matter expert
1. I cannot find the past performance questionnaire within the contract opportunity on beta.sam. Can you help me locate the questionnaire online or provide a copy?
A: Amendment to RFQ in beta.sam includes the past performance questionnaire.
2. I am currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). My record is "Active," and my annual renewal date is 10-08-2021. The instructions on GSA.gov state that a unique entity identifier (UEI) will automatically be assigned to existing registrants and will then be displayed in SAM.gov. I have not yet been assigned a UEI. Can I submit my package using my DUNS number instead of the UEI?
A: DUNS number is the preferred number to identify your company and SAM registration.
3. I would like to clarify that, under 8.0 Place of Performance, the work will be performed at the SME's facility and at meeting venues to be determined by COR, not just specifically in Norman, OK. Is this clarification sufficient, or do I need to address this in my technical proposal?
A: Yes, work will be done at the SME's facility and meeting venues to be determined.
