Questions and Answers, Solicitation 140P2022Q0018, Amendment 0002

1) Question: Are we required to address all task items in our proposal? Or can we submit information and pricing only for those tasks we wish to perform?

Answer: For proposal purposes all task items must be addressed.

2) Question: The solicitation states that if awarded a project we must use the same subcontractors as identified in our proposal. However, we anticipate that we would use different subcontractors depending on the location of the project, therefore do not see it realistic to identify every sub at this time. So, will we be allowed to bring in subs that have not been identified in our proposal?

Answer: Additional subcontractors will be able to be brought on in addition to those provided in the proposal by written approval of the contracting officer. Companies shall still provide a thorough list of their anticipated subcontractors for evaluation as part of their quotation package.

3) Question: When task orders are issued, we will have the opportunity to opt in or out, correct?

Answer: Correct. Each new requirement will be sent to the BPA holder(s) for pricing.
