About this file

This is Amendment 1 to RFQ 140M0125Q0003 issued by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) that includes questions and answers and adds Attachment 2 for past performance evaluations. The quotation due date remains January 15, 2025 at 12:00 EST, with a period of performance from January 27, 2025 to January 26, 2028.

The Q&A clarifies that the contractor will be responsible for site location identification, lease negotiations, site preparation, utilities installation, and permitting for an air quality monitoring station. The contractor must provide monthly maintenance visits for the Pandora instrument, supply inlet filters and consumables, and conduct annual performance evaluations. The station includes an Ecotech Serical 3000 calibrator and Ecotech 8301 Zero Air Generator that must be maintained. Data will be collected through EPA's Air Quality System and NASA's pandonia global network, with final datasets to be provided to BOEM in Excel format. The station is expected to remain at one location for the entire monitoring period, with 2-3 months lead time if relocation is needed.
