1. Is the funding coming from the State of Arizona or federal? BLM is a Federal Agency and these are Federal funds.

2. I would like to know how you would like your proposal submited. Return the following items with your response: Technical Statement – Offerors are required to provide a detailed statement regarding their technical approach and capability to complete the requirements outlined in the scope of work. The Technical Statement shall explain how the work will be carried out in terms of the techniques, procedures, and schedule. The Offeror’s performance record will be assessed IAW FAR 9.1. Pricing – Total price for each year.
