About this file

This is a Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination (WD 2015-5681, Revision 22) dated December 23, 2024, for Alaska covering Anchorage and Matanuska-Susitna boroughs. The wage determination establishes minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for various labor categories including administrative, automotive, food service, health, IT, protective service, and technical occupations. It specifies a health and welfare benefit of $5.36 per hour up to 40 hours per week ($929.07 per month), or $4.93 per hour ($854.53 per month) for contracts covered by EO 13706. The determination includes vacation benefits of 2 weeks after 1 year of service, 3 weeks after 5 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years, plus twelve paid holidays annually.

This document contains detailed occupation codes and titles across multiple service categories but does not specify actual wage rates for each position. It includes information about hazard pay differentials (8% for high hazard work with explosives/ordnance, 4% for low hazard), uniform allowances ($3.35 per week), and conformance procedures for classifying unlisted occupations. The wage determination applies to contracts subject to the Service Contract Act and incorporates Executive Order minimum wage requirements.
