Question: How do we submit our bid?
Answer: Make sure you are registered in SAM.gov, and your representations and certifications are filled out/up to date (especially your small business certifications). Read clause 52.212-2 to ensure you are providing all that will be required when your quote is evaluated.
To submit your bid, go to the SAM.gov listing for this solicitation, scroll down to attachments, download file Sol_140L6224Q0038.pdf, sign page 1 (box 30a), and fill in your price on page 3. Also be sure to fill out clauses 52-204.24, 52.212-3, and any others that pertain to you. Email your proposal to bwbell@blm.gov . Send any additional questions to bwbell@blm.gov as early as you can to allow time to find answers.
Question: If I talk with the land leasee, could I open up the gate to be able to get a side dump through instead of using an end dump?
Answer: If the land leasee is okay with having the gate opened, then BLM will be ok to have the gate opened to use a side dump instead, but no pups would be allowed. The contractor will have to contact/coordinate with the land leasee.
